Section 95
<br> deemed to have committed an offense under this Act
If any person takes deposits or gives loans or issues debentures or other financial instruments in contravention of this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or orders or instructions issued thereunder or takes or pays interest contrary to the policy laid down by the bank or... ………….., in case of foreign exchange transactions or if involved in such activities or if a license is required from the bank according to the prevailing law, if such transactions are made without taking it or paragraph - 9A. If there is an obstacle in the process of amendment, it shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act. (2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), if anyone does not comply with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or the order or instructions issued under this Act, he shall violate this Act. It will be considered as a violation.
